 I decided I want to be a writer. Regardless if anyone were to read my work, I want to be a writer of my own style. Like Alexander McCall Smith. Like Salman Rushdie. Like Haruki Murakami. 

But what style should I adopt?

What language should I embrace?

What genre would it be?

After 2 years of avoiding the virus, I finally raise the white flag.  I first did the nasal & throat test and got shocked from the result. Then proceed to use the nasal test to confirm.  The symptom was diarrhoea, slight dizziness and no fever.  I thought it was bearable. I packed my books into the room and quickly settle in isolation. But during midnight it was the worse feeling ever.  There are chills down my bone. It kept me curling into a ball. It’s not painful but I felt extremely weak. The fever came at around after midnight.  The whole night ordeal was waking up - bearing the pain - sleep for half hour - waking up to the toilet and repeat.  I didn’t have thermometer with me. Which reminds me that tomorrow when I go out I need to bring it in.
